送風口產生結(jie)露的原因
送(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)口(kou)產生(sheng)結(jie)露的(de)(de)原(yuan)因:調(diao)區(qu)域范(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)的(de)(de)空氣(qi)濕(shi)(shi)度較大:空調(diao)區(qu)域范(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)由于(yu)新排風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)系(xi)統設置不(bu)合(he)理,產生(sheng)過(guo)大的(de)(de)負壓,使(shi)無組(zu)織的(de)(de)室(shi)(shi)外(wai)(wai)空氣(qi)進入(ru)室(shi)(shi)內(nei),從而提升(sheng)了空氣(qi)的(de)(de)濕(shi)(shi)度及其(qi)凝潔露點(dian);空調(diao)本(ben)身采用大溫(wen)差(cha)送(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng),而對機器本(ben)身的(de)(de)送(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)量(liang)(liang)與冷量(liang)(liang)不(bu)配備,導致(zhi)冷量(liang)(liang)過(guo)大,風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)量(liang)(liang)過(guo)小(xiao);送(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)口(kou)采用鋁質材(cai)(cai)料,由于(yu)導熱性能較好(hao),使(shi)得風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)口(kou)材(cai)(cai)料表(biao)面溫(wen)度過(guo)低而凝結(jie)露水;解決結(jie)露問題(ti)的(de)(de)方(fang)法盡(jin)量(liang)(liang)減少(shao)開門次數,檢查(cha)室(shi)(shi)內(nei)是否與外(wai)(wai)界不(bu)夠密封(feng);增大送(song)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)量(liang)(liang),盡(jin)量(liang)(liang)將風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)速調(diao)至(zhi)zui或將調(diao)節閥盡(jin)可(ke)能打開;如果為側(ce)出(chu)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)口(kou),將橫向百(bai)葉盡(jin)可(ke)能調(diao)至(zhi)向上吹出(chu),以防百(bai)葉結(jie)露后往外(wai)(wai)流;如果有條件(jian)的(de)(de)話(hua),可(ke)以在風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)口(kou)邊端貼(tie)一層薄PE保溫(wen)板。
