熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)風(feng)幕(mu)(mu)是把電(dian)能(neng)轉化(hua)成(cheng)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)大功率電(dian)器(qi)(qi)設備,因(yin)其(qi)釋放熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量(liang)大并且安全(quan)可靠(kao),使(shi)用范圍(wei)廣,備受市場的(de)(de)(de)青睞。熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)風(feng)幕(mu)(mu)一般(ban)不(bu)加(jia)(jia)裝空(kong)氣過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)裝置,因(yin)為加(jia)(jia)裝空(kong)氣過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)網(wang),會(hui)(hui)(hui)增加(jia)(jia)空(kong)氣的(de)(de)(de)進氣阻力和減少(shao)進氣的(de)(de)(de)數量(liang),也(ye)就(jiu)增加(jia)(jia)了加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)負荷-(加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)由(you)若(ruo)干個(ge)PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)組(zu)合)當(dang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)風(feng)幕(mu)(mu)通(tong)(tong)電(dian)工(gong)作后(hou)也(ye)就(jiu)是加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)和風(feng)機工(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候,通(tong)(tong)電(dian)后(hou)PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)迅速升溫,此時(shi)風(feng)機送出的(de)(de)(de)風(feng)把PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)表(biao)面的(de)(de)(de)高溫熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量(liang)帶走,降低了PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)表(biao)面的(de)(de)(de)溫度。如果(guo)增加(jia)(jia)了空(kong)氣過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)網(wang),使(shi)空(kong)氣流經PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)表(biao)面的(de)(de)(de)速度降低,從而(er)(er)提高了PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作溫度,使(shi)其(qi)始終處于高溫工(gong)作狀(zhuang)態,當(dang)溫度達到PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)設計保(bao)護溫度,PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)內部就(jiu)會(hui)(hui)(hui)自動斷開(kai)電(dian)源,此時(shi)雖然電(dian)壓加(jia)(jia)在(zai)PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)兩端,PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)也(ye)不(bu)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)作,也(ye)不(bu)會(hui)(hui)(hui)產生熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量(liang),但(dan)如果(guo)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)總是工(gong)作在(zai)此環境(jing)狀(zhuang)態下,PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)會(hui)(hui)(hui)頻繁通(tong)(tong)斷,也(ye)就(jiu)衰減PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)性能(neng),也(ye)會(hui)(hui)(hui)使(shi)PTC陶(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)(ci)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)表(biao)面因(yin)過(guo)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)而(er)(er)加(jia)(jia)速其(qi)衰老,也(ye)就(jiu)是說消耗了電(dian)能(neng),但(dan)沒(mei)有得(de)到相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量(liang)。常此以往(wang),會(hui)(hui)(hui)造成(cheng)通(tong)(tong)電(dian)(消耗電(dian)能(neng))不(bu)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)后(hou)果(guo)。
雖(sui)然熱(re)(re)(re)風(feng)(feng)(feng)幕(mu)一般不加(jia)空氣過濾網(wang),但空氣中(zhong)會有很多浮塵顆(ke)粒(li),這些(xie)顆(ke)粒(li)會隨著熱(re)(re)(re)風(feng)(feng)(feng)幕(mu)的(de)工(gong)作進入到(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)風(feng)(feng)(feng)幕(mu)中(zhong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)表面(mian),熱(re)(re)(re)風(feng)(feng)(feng)幕(mu)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)時間(jian)越長,空氣中(zhong)的(de)浮塵顆(ke)粒(li)在加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)表面(mian)積累的(de)也就越厚,這樣(yang)就會影(ying)響(xiang)到(dao)PTC陶瓷片的(de)散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)速度(加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)速度),增加(jia)了熱(re)(re)(re)風(feng)(feng)(feng)幕(mu)機身的(de)整(zheng)體溫(wen)度,也會影(ying)響(xiang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機的(de)穩定性,影(ying)響(xiang)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命。
